data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La secretaria general de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceoe.es\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Confederaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE)<\/a>, <strong>Ana Plaza<\/strong>, asegura que el mundo actual a\u00fan no es capaz de gestionar el talento femenino, que nos estamos dejando fuera del sistema a mujeres con grandes capacidades y que los \u00fanicos responsables de cambiar esto somos cada uno de los ciudadanos. Tiene claro que una \u2018<strong>Empresa Comprometida con la Igualdad<\/strong>\u2019 debe ofrecer una carrera profesional a sus trabajadores, \u00a0facilitar el acceso a puestos de mayor responsabilidad de acuerdo con el historial profesional de cada persona,\u00a0 proporcionar formaci\u00f3n en las \u00e1reas m\u00e1s grises de cada cual y abrir el acceso a cimas de direcci\u00f3n y consejos de administraci\u00f3n a los mejores profesionales.<\/p><p><strong>Manuel Gago<\/strong>, vicepresidente de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cede.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Confederaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Directivos y Ejecutivos (CEDE)<\/a>, \u00a0ve como primera necesidad divulgar la experiencia de \u00e9xito de las empresas que son dirigidas por mujeres y dise\u00f1ar en las compa\u00f1\u00edas y en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica una estrategia de gesti\u00f3n que busque la excelencia, la promoci\u00f3n del talento y facilitar una flexibilidad de horarios compatible con una gesti\u00f3n eficaz. No considera que una pol\u00edtica de carrera profesional sea indispensable para todos los profesionales de la empresa, \u201csin distinci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, buscando el mejor talento, aprovechando las ventajas de todos los individuos de la empresa\u201d.<\/p><p>Respecto a los Planes de Igualdad, el vicepresidente de CEDE asegura que es m\u00e1s una cuesti\u00f3n de compromiso, \u201ctomando referencia del liderazgo femenino actualmente existente en puestos significativos: jefas de estado, directoras generales\u2026\u201d Para Gago lo importante es el talento: \u201cNo tiene l\u00f3gica que los mejores resultados acad\u00e9micos no se correspondan con mayores responsabilidades\u201d.<\/p><p><strong>Emilio Zurutuza<\/strong>, presidente honor\u00edfico del\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/clubdeconsejeros.blogspot.com.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Club de Consejeros de Espa\u00f1a<\/a>, declara que aunque ve la Igualdad como parte del d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las organizaciones, a\u00fan son mejorables muchos aspectos relacionados con la mujer en el mundo empresarial. El presidente honor\u00edfico del Club de Consejeros de Espa\u00f1a resalta la transparencia como la mejor v\u00eda para cambiar las cosas, incluso mejor que las carreras profesionales dirigidas a mujeres. Afirma que la transparencia cambiar\u00e1 el sistema.<\/p><p>Las c\u00fapulas directivas tienen un papel fundamental en el cambio hacia la plena Igualdad, \u201ces de ellos la responsabilidad de concienciar y de establecer medidas para lograr los objetivos de igualdad y diversidad\u201d, apunta
